Acceptance and permitted use
By using this site, you agree to these terms. You may use public materials for legitimate evaluation of VÖRSANN. Private workspaces may be used only by specifically authorized users and only for the organization, program and purpose assigned to them.
Access and account security
You must not bypass access controls, share private access, impersonate another user, probe restricted systems, upload malicious content or interfere with availability. Google may verify identity when Google Sign-In is enabled, but VÖRSANN never asks you to disclose your Google password or 2FA code to VÖRSANN.
Environmental and technical information
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, demonstrations, estimates, previews and public materials are informational. They do not by themselves establish regulatory compliance, verified carbon credits, registry approval, engineering approval, well closure, environmental performance, legal conclusions or investment results.
Evidence and customer records
Authorized project records may be subject to separate customer, validator, regulator, retention and confidentiality requirements. Do not upload confidential or regulated information unless the applicable workspace and agreement expressly permit it.
Intellectual property and third parties
VÖRSANN and its licensors retain rights in the site, software, designs, documentation and branding. Third-party services—including Google, Vercel, Railway, regulators and data providers—have separate terms and remain responsible for their own services.
Availability and disclaimers
The site may be changed, paused or withdrawn for maintenance, security or review. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation. Nothing on this site is legal, engineering, accounting or investment advice.
Contact and changes
Questions may be submitted through the contact page. We may update these terms by publishing a revised effective date. Material customer rights remain governed by the applicable signed agreement.
