Scope
This policy covers the public VÖRSANN website, pilot-request forms and controlled VÖRSANN workspaces hosted on this domain. A customer agreement may add project-specific privacy, retention or confidentiality terms.
Information we receive
Public website and pilot requests
When you submit a pilot request, we may receive your name, work email, organization, area of interest, message and consent. We also receive ordinary service logs needed to operate and secure the site, such as request time, route, browser type and network information.
Approved-user workspaces
When a controlled workspace is enabled and you use Google Sign-In, VÖRSANN may receive the Google identity issuer, a stable account identifier, your display name, email address, whether Google reports the email as verified, your VÖRSANN role and program access, and application session and security-audit events.
Google credentials
VÖRSANN does not receive, collect or store your Google password or Google two-factor authentication code. Google operates the identity screen on accounts.google.com. After Google verifies the account, it returns only the identity information required for approved-user access.
Current testing uses the basic identity scopes openid, email and profile. VÖRSANN does not use Google Sign-In data for advertising.
How information is used
- Respond to pilot and contact requests.
- Operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and controlled workspaces.
- Verify approved users, apply organization and program permissions, and keep security/audit records.
- Comply with law, enforce terms and protect VÖRSANN, users and projects.
Service providers and disclosure
VÖRSANN uses service providers to operate the site. Vercel hosts the web application, Railway provides database infrastructure, and Google acts as the identity provider when Google Sign-In is enabled. These providers process information under their own terms and security controls. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect security, or as part of an authorized business transaction.
Cookies, retention and security
The site may use essential, secure cookies for access control, login flow integrity and sessions. They are not intended for cross-site advertising. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, project obligations, security, auditability and legal requirements. No internet service is risk-free; VÖRSANN uses access controls, encrypted transport and controlled server-side records to reduce risk.
Your choices and contact
You may choose not to submit a pilot request. You can revoke VÖRSANN access from your Google Account permissions and contact us about access, correction or deletion requests, subject to legal and audit obligations.
Use the contact page for privacy questions. Do not send passwords, 2FA codes, OAuth codes, database credentials or private evidence by email.
